Some of our Products
Regular 3-mil, first-grade PVC sheets have a quality grade of Grade T-1 and are in fact the highest quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazeroon factory.
10 mil PVC sheets have a quality grade of Grade E-1 and are in fact the second quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazeroon factory.
Premium 16-mil PVC sheets have a Grade A-1 quality grade and are in fact the highest quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazerun factory.
Premium 3-mil PVC sheets have a Grade A-1 quality grade and are in fact the highest quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazeroon factory.
16 mil PVC sheets have a quality grade of Grade E-1 and are in fact the second quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazeroon factory.
8 mil PVC sheets have a quality grade of Grade E-1 and are in fact the second quality level of the products of the Pouyaplast Mazeroon factory.

Foamed PVC sheets in various sizes and thicknesses are produced in fully automatic machines in such a way that first the raw materials are mixed with a specific formulation in a mixer, then in an extruder using heat, they are turned into a paste-like mixture and injected into the mold under very high pressure and are extruded as sheets.
After passing through various machines, this sheet reaches the desired thickness from 3 to 25 mm and is cut into standard dimensions with a width of 1.22 meters and a length of 2.44 or 2.80 meters to reach the consumer market.
Sheet thicknesses: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 25 mil
Sheet dimensions: 2.44 * 1.22
2.80 * 1.22
The width of the sheets is fixed and its length can be changed to any size.
